Sales & Operations Consultant

At The Happi Loft, we don’t just host events, we create moments worth remembering. From giggly kids’ birthday parties to polished corporate celebrations, our beautifully curated space is where joy comes alive!

We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving go-getter to join our team and help turn enquiries into unforgettable events.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive venue bookings and contribute to revenue targets (yes, fun and results!)
  • Handle enquiries promptly via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Conduct on-site viewings with potential clients
  • Be the main point of contact for clients — from first “hello” to event day magic
  • Build and manage partnerships with vendors to grow brand visibility
  • Keep our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, LinkedIn & Tik Tok) fresh, engaging, and on-brand
  • Coordinate with our social media agency for ads and campaigns

  • Support event coordination with clients and vendors for smooth execution
  • Assist in day-to-day venue management to keep the space event-ready
  • Prepare monthly sales reports
  • Handle administrative tasks as assigned
 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Diploma (Events Management, Hospitality, or related fields preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in general or birthday event management
  • Strong organisational, communication, and people skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks with a positive attitude
  • Willing to work on weekends & public holidays (that’s when the fun happens!)
